Caroline Duncan
Biography
Caroline Duncan graduated from Yale University with a degree in English, and subsequently earned a degree in Fashion Studies from Parsons School of Design in New York. Caroline started in the costume department working on such films as Lovely Bones, 27 Dresses, and Little Children. She has designed multiple televisions series, including Rescue Me, Royal Pains, NYC22, and 666 Park Avenue.
Caroline’s film credits include J.C Chandor’s Oscar®-nominated film, Margin Call, starring Zachary Quinto and Kevin Spacey; James Ponsoldt’s Off the Black, starring Nick Nolte; and Dare, directed by Adam Salky, featuring Emmy Rossum and Rooney Mara. Caroline also designed the pilot for the popular Showtime series Masters of Sex, directed by John Madden, the first season of critically acclaimed drama The Affair, and American Odyssey for NBC.
More recently, Caroline designed Marry Me, starring Jennifer Lopez and Owen Wilson, and several M. Night Shyamalan projects, including Old, the Apple TV+ series Servant, and the upcoming Knock at the Cabin.
She has both US and South African citizenship, and is based in New York.
